Introduction

Green mung beans processing machines are used to clean green mung beans. How our green mung beans cleaning line works.

If the capacity is large, such as 10 tons per hour or even more, we suggest buyers to set up a proper silo. The first step is cleaning, which usually uses two kinds of machines: vibrating separator and de-stoner. Large and small impurities will be sorted out from the vibrating separator. Stones will be sorted out by a de-stoner. The working principle is to use the gravity difference of the material.

To improve the quality of the green beans, they are graded according to their size (there is a sieve inside). The best beans will come from the middle layer and will then be processed in a gravity separator. This high quality machine will sort out the dried out or insect bitten kernels. Then, beans of different colors will be rejected in this color sorter. The processed green mung beans can be packed by the packing machine, or conveyed for further processing.
